A mother who is always there
A mother who will always care
Her love and kindness everywhere
Thank you mother for your care.

A burden to carry for nine long months
Sleepless nights, always tired somewhat
An aching feeling in the gut
Whenever a cry from the child is heard.

Then growing up, a hard affair
Dangers curiously always in the air
No more hugging a soft teddy bear
But playing, off with friends somewhere.

However still never forget
Will the child that their mother is the best
Hearts connected, forever etched
In the soul that you are the best.

  1. I read your blog. Sanya, you have amazing talent. Your writing shows a maturity and depth of perception far beyond your years. Vocabulary is very strong as well and sent me scuttling for the dictionary! Your parents must be so proud of you. Keep writing as often as you are inspired.
